Hi Mark,

That night was crazy. The hail came in so hard and strong. Many of the
insurance adjusters that I've talked to have said that only one or two of
the slopes on the roof are bad (because of the angle the hail came in at).
Several adjusters only want to replace a portion of the roof. This is not a
good thing for many reasons.

However, many of the adjusters are open to replacing the whole roof if a
good argument is presented to them. You'll need to get an experienced
contractor to help you get the whole roof replaced. My roof looks fine from
the ground but when you get up there and look straight down at the shingles,
you can clearly see where the hail knocked the granules off and left open
places on the mat. Once the sun bakes the mat, the shingles will start to
curl and let water in your house.

Good Luck,
Mike
